#  Depository Banks

The assets we manage are held by a depository bank and are booked in the client's name (segregated mandates). Your assets are managed on the basis of a limited management mandate. This enables us to manage the assets efficiently, but, for your protection, we cannot transfer any funds. The mandates can also be integrated into a global custody solution.

 <a class="el-title uk-accordion-title" href="">Which are our main depository banks? </a>Due to our high total volume, we receive extremely attractive preferential conditions from our main depository banks Julius Baer, UBS, Zürcher Kantonalbank and Zuger Kantonalbank. These flow directly and in full to you as our client in the form of net conditions for custody account fees and brokerage fees. Thus, part of our [fee](https://www.hotz-partner.ch/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=118&Itemid=332&lang=en) is already covered by the costs saved on the bank. In addition, in our function as an external asset management company, we represent your interest vis-à-vis the chosen depository bank and monitor them using our in-house controlling system.
