Pursuant to Art. 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and federal statutory data protection provisions (Swiss Data Protection Act – “DSG”), each person is entitled to the protection of their private sphere as well as to protection from the misuse of their private data. We adhere to these provisions. Personal data are handled strictly confidentially and are not sold or forwarded to any third party. In close collaboration with our hosting providers, we endeavour to the best of our knowledge and ability to protect the databases from third-party access, losses, misuse or forgery.

When our websites are accessed, the following data is stored in log-files: IP address, date, time, browser enquiry and general transferred information about the operating system and browser. This user data represents the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluations, enabling trends to be identified, on the basis of which we are correspondingly able to improve our services.

Data protection declaration for the use of Google Analytics
